Background/Cefndir
Demonstrating Success has been developed through Welsh Assembly Government-funded research with practitioners, young people, stakeholders and academic partners. During 2008-2011 this research was led by Arad Research working with ProMo Cymru, the University of Bristol and Manchester College.
Following an initial scoping phase, a series of workshops with practitioners and young people were undertaken in 2008 and 2009. These workshops led to the development of the framework and the Demonstrating Success Handbook for Practitioners. This was then piloted during 2009 and 2010 with many organisations across Wales. The final handbook has been refined in line with feedback received from the pilot organisations.
We would like to thank all of the young people, practitioners and organisations who participated in the workshops and the piloting phase for their time and efforts in helping to develop the Demonstrating Success framework.

Datblygwyd Dangos Llwyddiant drwy waith ymchwil gydag ymarferwyr, pobl ifanc, rhan ddeiliaid a phartneriaid academaidd a ariannwyd gan Lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru. Rhwng 2008-2011 arweiniwyd yr ymchwil hwn gan Arad Research yn cydweithio gyda ProMo Cymru, Prifysgol Bryste a Choleg Manceinion.
Yn dilyn cyfnod cwmpasu cychwynnol, cynhaliwyd cyfres o weithdai gydag ymarferwyr rhwng 2008 a 2009. Arweiniodd y gweithdai yma at ddatblygiad fframwaith Dangos Llwyddiant a’r Llawlyfr i Ymarferwyr. Cafodd y llawlyfr ei beilota yn ystod 2009 a 2010 gyda nifer o fudiadau ar draws Cymru. Mae’r llawlyfr terfynol wedi cael ei ddiwygio i ymgorffori’r adborth a dderbyniwyd gan y mudiadau peilot.
