Welcome to the Demonstrating Success study website

The Demonstrating Success model will be a new approach to measuring the progress and outcomes of children and young people in Wales.  It is based on a recognition that young people achieve far more through their involvement with programmes and policies than is currently measured by more traditional approaches that focus largely on assessment and attainment measures.

To inform the Demonstrating Success model the project aims to develop a set of indicators, tools and guidelines for measuring Young People’s achievements, development and progress in a range of settings. The indicators and tools will form a framework for capturing changes in the social and emotional dispositions and skills of young people.

Croeso i wefan prosiect Dangos Llwyddiant

Bydd y model Dangos Llwyddiant yn ddull newydd o fesur cynnydd a chyflawniadau plant a phobl ifanc yng Nghymru. Mae’n seiliedig ar gydnabod bod pobl ifanc yn cyflawni mwy o lawer drwy ymwneud â rhaglenni a pholisïau nag sy’n cael ei fesur ar hyn o bryd gan ddulliau mwy traddodiadol sy’n canolbwyntio’n bennaf ar asesiadau a mesur cyflawniadau.

Nod y prosiect Dangos Llwyddiant yw datblygu set o ddangosyddion, offerynnau a chanllawiau ar gyfer mesur cyflawniadau, datblygiad a chynnydd Pobl Ifanc mewn ystod o leoliadau. Bydd y dangosyddion a’r offerynnau yn rhan o fframwaith ar gyfer nodi newidiadau yng nghymwyseddau cymdeithasol ac emosiynol pobl ifanc.
